Step into a Jacobite world at Perth Museum, home to some remarkable objects from that era, including a sword forged in Perth that may have belonged to Bonnie Prince Charlie.

Through stories and music, explore the legacy of nearby Fingask Castle. Once home to the Prince’s doctor and frequented by Jacobite songstress Carolina Oliphant, Lady Nairne, the castle echoes with histories of loyalty, longing and rebellion.

Storyteller Lizzie McDougall and clarsach player Siannie Moodie bring these tales to life in a moving and atmospheric performance inspired by Perthshire’s rich Jacobite past.

Book now for a captivating afternoon that weaves together local history, traditional music and timeless storytelling in the beautiful setting of Perth Museum.
